 Law 1/2011 - National Education Law;  Law 288/2004 on the organization of university studies;
 GD 728/2016 - the content and format of study documents that will be issued to graduates,
 GD 607/2014 on the approval of the content and format of study documents that will be issued to graduates of the first cycle - undergraduate studies.
 GEO no. 133/2000 regarding the university and post-university education with fee, exceeding the places financed from the state budget, with the subsequent modifications and completions;
 OMEN no. 6102/2016 - Framework methodology for organizing admission to undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies;
 OMEN no. 3473/2017 - Methodology for receiving foreign nationals for studies and schooling starting with the 2020-2021 school year;

You are obliged to provide your personal data, which are necessary for the purpose of enrolling candidates, enrolling students / masters / doctoral students, carrying out activities specific to the educational field and carrying out legal relations between you and the university. In case of refusal or non-provision of these data correctly and completely, the university could be put in the situation of non-compliance with the specific legal regulations in the field of education.

The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject (you), in some cases to other departments within the university (e.g., Financial-Accounting Department), other government institutions (e.g., Ministry of Education and Research) and, as the case may be, to the providers of electronic applications / platforms for carrying out online teaching activities.

UMF Craiova stores and keeps your personal data until the end of the study period - admission / archiving according to national legislation. At the end of the period of storage and processing of data according to the mentioned purposes, your data will be deleted from the current processes and will be archived according to the national legislation.

The personal data subject to processing concern: name and surname, personal numerical code, sex, date and place of birth, citizenship, ethnicity, signature, telephone / fax, address (domicile / residence), e-mail, image, voice, videos, messages, IP, profession, labor market status, vocational training - diplomas - studies, family situation, health data, including those belonging to a disadvantaged group on the basis of disabilities, as well as special data provided by beneficiaries and for which you express in writing and expressly the agreement to use them, regarding the personal numerical code and the series and number of the identity document / passport, in order to process them for the elaboration of any situation in connection with your professional activity.

According to Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016, you have the following rights: the right to be informed, the right of access to personal data, the right to rectification, the right to data portability, the right of opposition, the right to delete data, the right to restrict processing, the right to not to be the subject of a decision and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, you can address a written request, dated and signed at the headquarters of the faculty you belong to or you have submitted your personal data to. You also have the right to contact the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing and justice.
